"Was the card supposed to be empty?"
The way the product was presented was nice. But, I found the card to be empty despite putting a message on the site. It's a bit of a bummer when you're trying to surprise someone special and they end up with a blank card 😔

First off, they gave me a heads-up that delivery might not go through when the main NZ courier called it quits, but they kept hustling with other partners. My Valentine's Day turned out just right - I really appreciate it, especially during such a tough time. This lifted my spirits!
